By accessing or using the services provided by Taibah for Digital Solutions FZE, including the TWEEZR system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These services are intended for B2B (Business to Business) use.

2. Service Usage

Our AI-driven tools are designed to assist in data extraction and automation. You agree not to misuse the services or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to process the documents they upload.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid services are billed securely via our authorized payment processors. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions auto-renew according to your selected plan until canceled.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically under the regulations of the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTI Park) and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Sharjah.
